大家好！ 上个星期六很高兴认识你们。希望每个人都有学到新知识。 It was very nice to meet you all on Saturday. I hope you learned something new from the class. 😁 我在这边跟各位提醒一下回家作业： Here is our homework reminder: Dialogue 1 practice - Read the conversation, record yourself, and send it to me before Jan 30. Review - I will send you a copy of the slides we used in class so you can review the characters and sentence patterns before we move on to the next part of the lesson. Please let me know if you have any questions at all, and remember to practice the conversation between Wang Peng and Li You as we will work on the dialogue next week. Each one of you will be reading the conversation with one another as if you were playing (演) 王朋 & 李友!  Have fun learning Chinese and see you next time!

Final Review - check your email!

  Hi everyone, As you may already know, the exam is coming up soon (April 17), so I made the Powerpoint slides for you to review. We covered some of it in class already but there is some other stuff we didn't get to do. There are also some audios in the email that you can practice your listening comprehension with. It's fast, but the more you listen, the sooner you get used to it. If you'd like, we can have an extra lesson this week before the exam - free of charge! Let me know if you can attend any day of the week around 9pm (as soon as you can!) and we'll work something out. Good luck! Ma Laoshi
